[Revised] Notice of Temporary Suspension of Roastware v3.2.0 Update

We have identified an issue where the update process takes an unusually long time at the “Organizing Profile” stage when updating to version 3.2.0 on certain models.

To address this promptly, we are currently analyzing the root cause and working on a fix.

Until the issue is resolved, we will temporarily suspend the distribution of the Roastware v3.2.0 update.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern this may have caused.

We are doing our utmost to resolve the issue quickly and restore stable service as soon as possible.

After updating to version v3.2.0, some cases were observed where the initial Boost registration took an unusually long time during the profile cleanup process.

After identifying the cause of the issue, we have taken corrective action and plan to release version v3.2.1 accordingly.
