Transferring Profiles from Square Folder to Boost
Hello everyone, this is Stronghold.
With the launch of Stronghold’s smart roasting platform Boost, the existing Square service will be discontinued on July 31.
To ensure continued access to the profiles stored in your Square Folder, the “Send to Boost” feature will be available until the service ends. Please follow the instructions below to transfer your profiles before that time.

Important Notes Before Transferring
Before sending profiles to Boost, please make sure to complete Boost account registration and create a Roastery. You cannot transfer profiles unless a Roastery is associated with your account. For instructions on how to create a Roastery, please refer to the Boost User Guide.
Profiles must be transferred only to your own Boost account.
Stronghold is not responsible for any legal issues caused by sending profiles to someone else’s account.

How to Transfer Profiles from the Square Folder to Boost

After logging in to Square, click the Square Folder button at the bottom-right of the main screen.

In the Square Folder view, click the “Others” button in the top-right to view profiles saved from the Board or received via 1:1 sharing.
※ Profiles in “My Folder” are created on your own roaster and will be automatically uploaded to Boost under current policy. You can view them in Boost without any manual transfer.

Use the checkboxes in the top-right corner of each profile to select the ones you want to transfer to Boost.
※ You can transfer up to 10 profiles at once.

Once you’ve selected the profiles, click the “Send to Boost” button in the top-right corner. A pop-up window will prompt you to log in with your Boost account.


After authenticating, select your Roastery and click Send to begin the transfer.
If the transfer is successful, you’ll see a confirmation message, and the profiles will appear in the Roastery Folder within Boost.
(Source will be displayed using your Roastery name and username.)
※ If your Roastery does not have a registered roaster, only up to 30 profiles can be viewed in the Folder.
If there are more than 30 profiles stored, only the most recent 30 (based on transfer or save date) will be visible.
How to Save Profiles from the Square Board to Your Folder
Before Square shuts down, you can also save profiles from the Board to your Folder and transfer them to Boost.


After logging into Square, use the Board button on the home screen to navigate to the Board.

Click any profile to view its details.
If you want to keep the profile, click the Download button in the bottom-right of the detail view to save it to your Folder.
Once saved, go to the Others section in your Square Folder, then transfer the profile to Boost using the steps above.
FAQ
How long will the “Send to Boost” feature be available?
The feature will be available until July 31, when the Square service ends.
After that date, all data in the Folder and Board will be permanently deleted, so please transfer your profiles in advance.
I already have a Square account, but I can’t complete authentication.
Square and Boost are separate services, and account information is not linked.
If you haven’t signed up for Boost yet, please complete registration and try again.
I forgot my Square ID.
Square does not offer an ID recovery function.
You can create a new account and save the profiles you like from the Board to your Folder, then send them to Boost.
I can’t view profile details in Boost.
If no roaster is registered in your Roastery, only the most recent 30 profiles (by save date) can be viewed.
Please register a roaster in your Roastery to view full profile details.
