Manage account

Personal settings

You can use the following features in the personal settings.

  • Change Profile
    You can update your profile image and nickname.

  • Change Password
    You can change your login password.

  • Change Personal Information
    You can update your country of residence, occupation, and other personal details.

  • Change Temperature Unit
    You can select between Celsius (℃) and Fahrenheit (℉) for all temperature units displayed in Boost.

  • Consent for Marketing Information
    You can update your preferences for receiving marketing emails.

Reset password

If you have forgotten your password, you can verify your email address and reset your password.

To do this, click the ‘Forgot Password?’ button on the login screen and enter the email address you used during registration to complete the verification. Once the verification is complete, you can reset your password and set a new one.

Sign out

To sign out, click the circular profile image at the top right to open the menu, then click the Sign Out button.

Delete account

  • Deleting your Boost account will permanently remove all information, including Roastery membership and service usage data. This action cannot be undone or recovered, so please proceed with caution.

All Boost users can delete their accounts at any time.

However, if you own any Roasteries, you must delete them first before proceeding with account deletion.

To delete your account, go to the Settings screen and scroll to the bottom. Click the Delete Account button. In the confirmation pop-up, re-enter your password and click Confirm Deletion to proceed.

Upon deletion, you will be automatically removed from all Roasteries you were a part of. All personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
