Boost User Guide

Communicate with others

In Boost, you can communicate with other members in various ways. Exchange roasting-related information through the Community and messages, or try using someone else's Profile on your Roaster by sharing Profiles!

For instructions on how to use another member's Profile, please refer to the Roastery Archive guide.

Community

In the Boost Community, you can communicate with other members through posts. Share tips along with roasting Profiles, or attach images to show off your roasting results!

  • Please always respect others in the Community. According to the Service Policy, posts containing insults or hate speech towards others may be deleted without the author's consent and may lead to usage restrictions.

Upon first entering the Community, you can view a full list of posts written by other members as well as popular posts. If you are curious about a Profile, you can find the necessary posts through post search.

Creating a Post

Posts can be created using the '+' button at the bottom right of the Community screen.

The title of a post must be between 5 and 200 characters, and the body can be up to 10,000 characters.

Attaching a Profile

You can attach Profiles using the button at the top of the post creation screen. Only Profiles generated from Roasteries you own can be attached, and you can choose not to disclose the information of the green beans and energy source values you used.

A maximum of 3 Profiles may be attached to one post.

Attaching Images

You can attach images using the button at the top of the post creation screen. Up to 10 images can be attached to one post.

Likes

If you find a post you like, press the heart at the bottom left of the post. Posts with many likes are more likely to appear in the list of popular posts!

Comments

If there's something more you’d like to discuss with the post creator, try using the comment feature within the post. Comments can be left by pressing the comment button at the bottom of the post or using the comment box at the very bottom. Comments can be up to 500 characters.

Through comments, you can attach a Profile to continue a deeper discussion, and exchange various photos. One comment can include only one Profile or one image.

Replies

If you want to continue communication with the comment author, try writing a reply. Press the reply button under the comment to open the reply field. Like comments, replies can also have one Profile or one image attached.

Scrap

Posts you like in the Community can be saved using the scrap button at the bottom right of the post and viewed again. Scrapped posts can be checked on the scrap page in a list, sorted by the latest scrap time regardless of the original post date. Since scrapped posts are not actually saved, if the original post is deleted, it will also be deleted and will not be viewable in the scrap list.

Message

Communicate one-on-one with other members through messages! Search for the member you wish to converse with using their nickname or account, and send a message.

Messages can be sent with a maximum of 500 characters per message.

Sending Profiles

You can directly send a Profile to another member via messages. Use the button at the bottom of the message screen to send a Profile generated from the Roastery you own. Profiles can only be sent one at a time.

When sending a Profile through messages, the green bean information and heat source value privacy features cannot be utilized.

Unlike Profile posts, there is a download validity period, and Profiles past their expiration date cannot be received.

Sending Images

You can directly send images to other members via messages. Use the button at the bottom of the message screen to send images. Images can only be sent one at a time.
