Roastery user
What is roastery user?
Roastery users are invited members who share access to a roastery’s records. They can view information but cannot add or edit it. Access is by invitation only.
Invite user
Only the roastery owner can invite users.
Each roastery can have up to 20 registered users.
Invitations are sent via email only. Please make sure the email address is correct before sending the invitation.
To invite a user, go to the User Management section within Roastery Management.
Enter the member's email address and click Invite. An invitation email will be sent immediately. Once the invited member accepts the invitation, they will be added as a new user.
Delete user
Only the roastery owner can delete users.
If you want to leave a roastery yourself, please refer to how to leave a roastery.
In the Roastery Members screen, click the “Remove” button on the far right of the member you wish to remove. This will forcibly remove them from the Roastery.
Once removed, the member will lose all access and permissions within the Roastery. They will not be able to access the Roastery again unless they are re-invited and added as a member.
